| Start by creating a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool. |

| Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

| Press Alt key and keep hitting the down arrow key to create 3d extrusion. |

| Select and merge all the duplicate layers. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

Esta muy chevere el tutorial pero en que formato se debe guardar para poderlo usar como icono, eso me tiene dando vueltas. Gracias por la ayudita
