| Start by applying a gradient to the background. |

| From filter menu select distort>>twirl. Apply settings as shown. |

| Select magic wand tool and click on the red area to get a selection. Press Ctrl+J to copy paste the selection in a new layer. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

| Similarly select other colors using magic wand tool. Duplicate the selection and apply the same layer style. |

| Select and merge all the layers. From filter menu select distort>>stained glass. Apply settings as shown. |

| Add new effect layer from the bottom of effect window. Select plastic wrap from the artistic menu. Apply settings as shown. |

hi,
i’m very interested in this lesson, but for some reason when i click on the plastic wrap in the later part of it…i don’t come up with the same effect as yours…mine just ends up very uniform all around…unlike your red portion which doesn’t seem to be as “stained glass” as the rest…i followed everything to the dot…pls. help…my version is adobe photoshop cs2. thanks!

I think it would be much better if the size of the document, magic wand settings and colours were mentioned

i followed all your step but it just end p opposite to yours…mmm…im confuse…wanna learn more about you…im using adobe cs2
