Flash Effect Animated Sports Banner

Creating animated banner with flash effect
Start by selecting a few images to include in your banner.
Drag all the image to one psd file. Select the first image layer. Duplicate the layer. From filter menu select render>>lens flare. Apply settings as shown.
Similarly apply the same effect to the other images.
Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.
Create another rounded rectangle vertically using rounded rectangle shape tool. Fill it with a different color.
Duplicate it several times and place as shown in the image below.
Create a spiral shape using custom shape tool. Reduce the opacity to 30%.
Create a border selection using rectangular marquee tool. Press Ctrl+Shift+I to inverse the selection. Create a new layer and fill it with white color.
Type “Sportsclub.com” with a nice font.
Duplicate the layer. Form filter menu select blur>>motion blur. Apply settings as shown.
Duplicate the layer and press Ctrl+F to apply the effect again.
Open animation window. For the first frame keep the initial image layer visible and hide rest of the layers.
Duplicate frame. Unhide the layer shown below.
Duplicate frame. Hide all layers so that only background white is visible.
Similarly duplicate frames and keep hiding and unhiding images as done in previous steps.
For the 10th frame keep the more blurred text visible along with spiral and yellow rectangle layer.
For the 11th frame keep the lesser blurred text visible along with spiral and yellow rectangle layer.
For the 12th frame keep the solid text visible along with spiral, rectangle pattern and yellow rectangle layer.
Increase the delay durations in frames where images are fully visible. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S to save an optimized animated GIF.
